Eddie Escher Gadgets have closed down

After much consideration, musing, contemplation, sighing, and sadness, I have decided to discontinue my range of gadgets (the BLOODSPLAT and all the THEATRICAL EXITS). I'm afraid this also means I will not be doing any more product support for existing customers. All of my gadgets have now been removed from the shops I was selling them in.

This wasnt an easy decision to make, but in the last month I've spent a grand total of around an HOUR in-world, due to busy work life, my fiancee moving in (and spending RL time together instead of SL time), and general lack of SL enthusiasm of late.

My appologies to all my loyal customers (wow, there's alot of you!) who were expecting the updates I promised, and the custom exits they requested. I hope you understand.

I'm not leaving SL, but am definately on hiatus for a while. As soon as Fallingwaters PC turns up (or I buy her a new one, as we're increasingly of the opinion it's been stolen) I'm sure we'll both be in-world alot more. I feel that when I AM back, I want to be building for fun, not for business.
To all our friends: It's wonderful to see you guys when we pop in form time to time, and appologies for our absence to those friends we have not seen for a while

Back to the gadgets: So that my existing customers can continue to receive support, updates, and future custom exits, I would consider handing over the business to someone with integrity and a desire to carry on the range of gadgets. If anyone is interested, please IM me in-world (I will get your IM's in my email). Whoever I pick will be given (for FREE) all the fully mod/copy scripts, attachment prims, box artwork if desired, and particle textures (but not the exclusive textures - I will give those to the exclusive customers, so they can deal with whoever takes over the biz). I will also give them the list of customers who have requested updates and custom orders (yup, I have every single one of you noted down).

Again, my appologies to my gadget customers - thanks for your custom, for spreading the word-of-mouth, and suggestions. Youve all been great, and I hope you all enjoy using them for a long time to come (um.. those of you who's gadgets didnt break in the last few SL updates).
