That's sooo sexilicious.

Question Nephilaine, why is your title "Pixelslinger"? It kinds reminds me of:

Beautiful work, Neph! As always :) I'll try and dig something up to post later. I haven't had time to work on any personal projects for a few months. Just boring client stuff.

Nephi: As in

The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.? ;)

Wait, I'm getting a strange sense of deja vu right now.

OK OK I'll show... gimme a minute... or few... =)

I'm always up for showing my stuff ... in the name of art. :p

This is a portrait I made of a friend. Note this is an avatar, photoshopped to make the poses ... and a bit nudie. My scanner's busted so I can't upload the charcoal and pastels I've made. I like drawing people. :D

Okay, on a quck dig through my folders I came across this. I wouldn't exactly call it art since it was just an experiment with rendering translucency, but it came out kinda cool :)

Torley and Lash, very nice! And Neph, I love that one too. Great character.

Share the art around, wheeeeee! :)

Nephi: Why thankyou, and ooh... LOBSTROSITIES! Hey, I wonder when more SK-stuff will be showing up in SL. I'd say "thankee" to that if some of the locations in his books were recreated, or even a composite "inspired by". Heck, you know what might be a fun event? Riding on the psychotic Blaine the Mono while doing riddles before the train comes to a stop in a distant part of the metaverse.

Chip: I liked your art gallery at your Designs place... I was visiting it and I also liked the natural ambience that went with it too. There was one piece that caught me, especially -- I think it was a gigantic warrior mouse of some sort.

Great stuff, everyone!

I'm always in awe of how talented you people are :)

Attached is one of mine, but it's not new, just one I had scanned in. All my paints and stuff are in storage until I move into my new place.

And awsome vivid colors and work HoseQueen, I really like that, really wild! :D

Attached is another sketch I did, was working on restoring it since the original paper its on has other pencil rub offs on it.

HoseQueen, that is gorgeous! Love the colors, and amazing job on the face.

Oz, that one is very cool. Wouldn't want to meet that dude in a dark alley. hehe.

Torley, no... never made an av of that. It was kind of an ode to my cat when he died :) Captured his personality pretty well. Stoic... but ready to take your head off if the need arose, hehe.

Great thread Nephi :) Anyone have more?

Cant say I've made much recently, what I've been working on is part of work so I'm not allowed to disclose it (perhaps I will one day, but not now). I have a few "recent" personal pictures from July though, if anyone's interested. Mostly vector art, but images all the same...

Here and here

Tanaquil, those are beautiful. I love the Japanese Sun one!

Selador, I don't have a SL gallery, and I took my personal website down awhile back to reformat it, and never got around to it.

I've got a few pieces of my artwork up on my website www.artillodesign.com in the Art & Design section.

I am eventually gonna re-scan/re-take-digital-picture of a lot of them and add some more so I can get higher quality/sized images for eventual sale in SL!

Arti

PS - great work everybody! Thanks for sharing!
