Hello everyone! As I stated in this post, I have started a lottery system, called Miller's Millions LOTTO. I am seeking locations to place my vendors. I am willing to pay a small fee, if necessary. It's absolutely possible, yes. However, only if enough people purchase tickets and/or no one wins for enough weeks. The jackpot was started out at L$10,000, and it is now up to L$10,048, because a few people have already purchased tickets. It's absolutely possible (although highly unlikely) that it will rise to over L$1,000,000.
