It is my belief that this is basically the essence o' da practice o' da secondlifeism.
If ya develop mindfulness o' they negativity, then when dey occur, ya will be able ta stamp dem out as soon as dey arise. You will not give dem da opportunity or da space ta develop into full-blown negative emotional thoughts.
This is also the part where we speak of the Wheel and its part in secondlifeism practices but I will let you read all about that and the promise of regeneration.
