I think the Lindens are all a tad masochistic. Gluttons for punishment!

There's still time to scan an ass on the assjet 2000 and attach it, LL.
Or just give us your asskiss list. Gifts, Beer, that kind of thing. Just so we know what to actually do to get it done. "Write to notecard Function --> Tickets to Bermuda for the developer" |

PFFT! I got all excited when I read the title to this thread, but it's not delivering the goods at all! Correcting this thread to read as per Aimee's true thoughts.... PFFT! I got all excited when I read that Phillip responded to this thread, but he's not delivering the goods at all! I'm so dismayed why is he so damn hot. I think this would be a good place to publicly thank Jack Linden for all his help in the zoned sims. He's gone over and above the call of duty in my opinion by fixing roads, replacing trees and cleaning up all the stuff that gets left around Brown and Boardman.
THANKS JACK! |

It's Lent; Philip's obviously doing penance. (I shall now go say five Hail Robins and 10 Our Philips and hope that non-Catholics understand what I'm talking about.)

I shall now go say five Hail Robins and 10 Our Philips and hope that non-Catholics understand what I'm talking about. and hope that the catholics aren't offended hehe. i guess the Lindens are basically our sl pantheon tho. Jeska is like a cross between Athena and Hermes (wisdom and communication), Robin and Philip are like Hera and Zeus, Lee always answers connection problems so he's umm......Charon? Ben is kinda Haephestus since he "forges" cool things..... i'm hitting the limits of what i remember of mythology. ![]() |

Blue Linden (in his cool pilot AV) would be Hermes the God of Flight.

Maybe Uncle Linden is Charon, ferrying Bugs and Known Issues off to the land of the dead.

I would think Char would be Athena (wisdom and tactics) or Demeter (agriculture and home), for her work in seeing that the crops (us) are well tended.
Jeska would be like Hermes, since she deals with messages all day. Ben could be Hephaistos (Vulcan), the blacksmith of the gods. Bub could be Eros, Pan or Dionysus. _____________________

Cory as Apollo?
Xenon (or whoever does avatar meshes these days) as Prometheus? I haven't seen Xenon post in a while, maybe he's chained to a mountaintop somewhere, waiting for Hercules to wander along... And if Philip is Zeus, watch out for him when he's wearing his Bull avatar. Or his swan avatar. Or... |

Wouldn't Cory be more of a Hera? (I'm sure he looks sexy in a dress)
I honestly think alot of the Lindens are multi-gods, taking the personality and responsibilities of many gods at any one time. Kinda an amalgamation(sp) of the universal powers sharing specialities across the board. I'm still waiting for Ben to scan his butt. _____________________
