Appreciate what you're saying, but if OT means (over the top), then this isn't an OT post IMO. I'm simply questioning the idea that some things are GENERAL and some things are OFF-TOPIC. Some of the things that come up in GENERAL are sooooo OFF-TOPIC for me that it makes me question the whole system. Then, things that are general to me get immediately put into OFF-TOPIC. I guess, I just disagree with the ratings system. no drama intended.
