I care so much because I actually live in Modesto and have been involved with this story and the community directly effected since it started. Why do you care so much to make a statement like that..geez!!

Wow...for real? While I think he's scum and should die a long and painful death, I have issues with sentencing someone to death when they were convicted solely on circumstantial evidence. Whatever happens with his sentence after the appeals doesn't really matter though...I have faith that his new prision buddies will take good care of him.

I have issues with it as well. It simply costs too much. I would've rather saved California tax payers the money and let him live in prison for the remainder of his life - PROVIDING - he never, ever gets parole.
