Do any of you know of a good (possibly free) solution for user management?
I'm working on a project for RATE, and need to have a solution that would allow:
- user login - profile overview and edit - lost password retrieval - admin control over users
I've been searching the web for one, but haven't found anything I think would work.

I've been searching the web for one, but haven't found anything I think would work. I primarily develop on the ASP/VB/SQL platform with some .Net thrown in for good measure. Still, this should be a fairly simple framework that will, most likely, require a MySQL database (or a flat file) to store the user data elements. Maybe try HotScripts for some freebies: http://hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/User_Management/index.html
