Plenty of cops have shot people toting toy guns that looked like real guns (that's why there are laws requiring bright colors on toy guys) - and the cops are trained to know when to shoot. _____________________

No, unfortunatly since the guy didn't actually /die/ of his own stupidity, he isn't a canidate for a Darwin Award... His bad genes weren't removed from the breeding pool.
The only living recipiant of a darwin award managed to somehow castrate himself by his own stupidity, which was almost as effective. I forget the circumstances behind that one, though. |
