RAMALLAH, West Bank - The Palestinian leadership banned civilians on Thursday from carrying weapons, its latest step aimed at reining in militant violence, as the Palestinian leader said he was awaiting Israel's response on a proposal for a mutual cease-fire declaration.

Oh I think they will hand over their guns for now or at least hide them away for another day. All in the name of "peace". However most people don't know or don't seem to want to know that Hamas, Fatah and many other arab organizations only want one thing. To destroy Israel. Period. That's their goal. They have come out on many occassions and said it publicly.
We need to watch this "peace" movement that is going on. It wouldn't suprise me if the goal was to give Israel false assurances of peace, so they let down their guard, then...... |
