I was only IW for like 2 minutes, but I know Sinclair said something to me, anyay, my connection has really sucked for about a month now. (The guy came in and said, "I dunno what's wrong with it."  Either way, my packet loss was OVER 100%, which is why I've been galavanting in "There" for a while. (They still can't have any of my money!!!) But I try to test SL, every once in a while, and I'm usually ok for about 10 seconds. Oops, kinda went off topic... anyway, sorry if I seemed... more odd than usual.

Does anyone how much upstream does SL use? I know if I go over 18-20K BYTES/sec up I get 100% packet loss. Other ISP's might have lower upstream's and might enforce this limit in a similar way.
