How will Lindenworld Plots be affected by 1.2? Will it count in our bill? Will we get extra prims for having it? Why is the sky blue? If you add and apple to an orange, do you get a grapefruit?

Thankyouplease!

Taken from the Town Hall meeting log with Philip Linden:

"Catherine Linden: odalisque VonLenard: I just recieved my account summary via email and in it the land amount includes my Lindenworld land, will Lindenworld land count towards alottment or is Lindenworld going to be bannished now?
Philip Linden: Lindenworld will count against your allotment.
Philip Linden: But of course no obligation to stay with it. "

Full log can be seen here:

Hope that helps! :)

Haha... that doesn't sound like such a hot idea... many of us will be struggling just to get our "houses" and such in order!

This may have been changed. I got another email saying their figures were wrong. This time they didn't count in my LW plots.
Doesn't make much sense to have a LW plot if it's counted against your land cap. Since it's 1296m2 each, people would have to give up all their land and buy more to even have a plot.

LindenWorld plots will count as part of your allotment. However, if you are eligible for the next LW, you can choose a smaller plot. Also the plots will have at least 2X as many prims per square meter of land compared to normal land. Now that we offer cash and increased $L for dwell, these plots should be popular.
