Code Review board?

I have just been reading the forums, so let me preface this by saying,

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! This is just a question. I do not suspect any sort of abuse or wrongdoing, I have had great, positive experiences with all the items that this thread may touch upon, and I am not trying to flame, incite or deride any person, place, thing or activity. I am just a curious person.

Now that the disclaimer is done:

I have done a little programming for the RL gaming industry. In doing so, one has to go through innumerable review boards to prove that code is neither deliberately nor accidentally skewing the odds away from what is advertised or expected. And that there are no "backdoors" to allow hackers or cheaters in. Is there any similar review of gaming code in SL? Either by peers or Lindens? Would such a thing be appropriate in SL (after all, no one here is gambling with real money)?

Ama Omega's done this before. I've seen him mention and offer it in some previous threads on the subject of gaming.

I think that the "Omega Games Seal of Approval" is the only thing like it I have ever seen here in SL.
