I just checked through my email to find my password for my slexchange account and i noticed i had an unopened email that i had never seen before,dated nov 6th, someone has gotten my email address and signed me up for another slexchange account.. and the only thing i used that gmail account for is my slexchange account...

When someone registers at slexchange.com, a temporary account is created. That temporary account is deleted after 24 hours if it is not confirmed by clicking the email link. _____________________

And ieven if the email didnt say "You or someone else" and only "you" how would it know that it was me that tried to register and not someone with my email address? _____________________

You signed up December 5th. This happened November 6th. There is no way someone could have gotten your address from SLExchange.com... you didn't have an account on November 6th. I am sorry, but your saying that the email account is only for slexchange.com and the dates that this stuff happened don't jive, so if it wasn't you that did this, then it could only have been someone you told about the address. _____________________

billy, you should make a new poll! slauctions vs slexchange although slexchange started out as a mere collaberation of slauctions.com and sluniverse.com they have spawned into something diff..i wouldnt even put them in the same catergory now. I like slexchange its handy! I am going to be listing some of my jewelry and clothing in the near future. _____________________
