There is an Irishmans Shirt that I want but do not know how to make it. I also do not have any software for it or understand the PDF file on textures.

I"m sure someone already had this in game and could just GIVE it to you, but I'm going to walk you through it so you can do it yourself.
Since this is an already made texture, you don't need to edit it on Photosohp or anything. Simply upload it (file menu - upload texture). Now, start a new shirt. (Take off your old one, go into Appearance, click shirt, click make new shirt.) Apply the new texture (remember what you named it) to the new shirt, adjust sleeves etc.... Ta-dum, you made yourself a new shirt! |

Right click the link and press "Save target as..." then choose a destination to save it in. That should do it.
