Yep, costs here in New York jumped up a lot, too. I don't know the exact prices, but, I'm glad my car doesn't run on milk.

I only buy milk in the half gallon container; $3.99 for organic.. boo. Milk is weird anyways, maybe I'll quit drinking it..

I heard on the radio a couple of weeks ago that the price of ice cream is going to go up because all the dairy products it takes to make it have risen. I don't drink milk but I lurvs my ice cream! Major suckage. Booo to rising costs!!!

Just the thought that adult cows don't go around drinking milk disturbed me the other day.. are we the only mammal who chooses to drink milk (not even human) in our adult years? I guess adult cats and dogs would grub on some milk, but do they really know what they are drinking?

Silly Merwan, cones don't eat ice cream, they contain it which is what I do after I consume it.

I was joking. There are some good things in milk. I have milk with cereal sometimes. I buy a pint and it usually goes bad before I can finish it.

Milk is made for mothers to feed to infants, its just sort of weird that we humans decided it was a good thing to drink cow milk.

To get the topic back on track, I think a pint of milk is about a .96 (maybe thats a half pint). I dont buy it enough to notice the price change.

I haven't had a glass of milk since I was two.

I do love Cheerios though and just put a little milk on them.

(I'm moderately lactose intolerant, so I can't guzzle as much milk as some folks, like my little brother. )

I dont know what a quart is, but around here a liter of milk is less than 50 cents.

A quart is two pints, so er... about 1.2 litres ...

I prefer water but I just bought a gallon of 2% milk for $2.79, water doesn't go well with cereal. We drink milk because the American Dairy Council tells us to.
