I've been on these boards for more than a week and my biggest complaint is.... ....I still haven't been able to figure out how to edit my profile and add a picture of my avatar under my name. Seriously, is it that hard or am I really just that dumb? Argh, behold the angry newbie! Sorry...it's not much of a rant, I know, but my newbie self is just so very happy with SL at the moment, I've got nothing to properly rant about  |

At the bottom of this page is a pulldown menu labelled Forum Jump. Open it and select User Control Panel. Click Edit Options then scroll to the bottom and look for the Change Avatar button. Yeah, too complicated.

For some reason, the "forum jump" dropdown list isn't on the main forum page. You can only navigate to the search page or your Profile from within a forum. I've reported this to the Lindens, but I think it actually might be intentional. Weird, huh?
