Nearly all of our free flea market booths are full and the land says 0 traffic. Obvioulsy there is a major problem here. RAWR!

I contacted Live help they told me to contact a linden to fix my dwell. He said he would let my concierge know. WHAT CONCIERGE???

You are very lucky, only people with half a sim or more has a concierge.. i have had to deal with linden labs like 3 times now.. and two times i got good service.. on the third time i had to deal through my concierge.. let me tell you.. its great! I had to call LL about my island being transfered and my concierge answered.. so i told him what was up.. and of course maintaining my billy is a asshole reputation i asked him if he would help me because im having issues with my AOL account.. he said.. oh aol email? He said well LL is not associated with aol etc but whats the issue.. i damn near shat myself.. i didnt know what to say.. you know any other company would have been like sorry sir go take a hike.. i mean i doubt he would have really tried to trouble shoot it but probably just thought hey ill give billy a little chuckle.... I was thinking about calling back and asking them about a problem i am having with my toaster oven =) lol

I just left a very long message at the 1800 number for the what 2nd or 3rd time now. What concierge? One hasn't contacted me yet. This customer service sucks so far. Sorry man but I'm getting the run around now everyone is passing the buck on these issues. I am starting to wonder if they can handle their work load or not. If not then it's not worth my investment. As far as Life help goes, I already read the help files, I don't need a repeat of them. Things better turn around by Monday. M |

Yes I have called several times. The first was "did you get an email telling you, that your eligable" my answer "I own redear sim, plus some, I would think I do qualify".
Second ; "we will have your concierge contact you" that was Monday. It's now Thursday and NADA. 3rd phone call: Today. Still waiting on a reply besides a form letter telling me they will get back to be asap. What a load! M |

Well they are either aware of the problem and are working on it or there investigating the cause.. i have full faith in linden labs and their staff. I have had the same experiance with them when i owned a 512 plot as i do now owning around 130k-150k meters of land. Just be patient with them they obviously have a good reason to not get back to you.

If your remark was ment to amuse. then your barking up the wrong tree.
I have been waiting since 15 Jan 05 to hear from my concierge. I have contacted ll directly several times only to be told that my concierge will contact me. Now with 0 traffic on part of my land and no change in my other dwell in the past 3 days. I have had enough of the "pass the buck" routine. Especialy when my team has been busting their asses trying to provide new and creative events everyday. Our latest project is also a free community project which again got 0 traffic. This is very difficult to keep everyones sprirts up when we are working so hard and getting 0 for our efforts. We work for little to no tips and I was hoping to at least be able to share my dwell with my team. So when I cannot do that for my team because of some "glitch" in the system. Or because someone else at ll passed the buck, or I recieve yet another form letter telling me how they will get back to me. I think I have been patient enough. Waiting to hear from ll directly. M |
