Is Yahoo email down? I can read my email sortof, but unable to reply to them, or send. Something wierd in my net connection, or a general problem?

It is up for me. I did notice that they quietly reduced the storage from 1000mb to 250mb. There was a very visible notice that it was increased to 1000mb when gmail came out and they were trying to keep up with them. I like my yahoo mail, its just funny they quietly reduced the service.
