I prefer websites that resize to the size of my browser window. Some people prefer websites that are a fixed with and/or height.
What are your opinions?

Simple... if they try to resize my browser window, I don't need to see what they show...

I like fixed. Ones that adjust look different to each viewer. I like consistency.

Flexible/liquid layouts usually take better advantage of varying monitor/window size, but they can be harder to make consistent.
Flexible also means it doesn't break when the font is resized. Some developers like to have pixel-perfect control over layouts, but that is going against the nature of the medium, and is impossible to control in all circumstances, and usually pisses off someone.
