goto announcements and redownload the preview there is a link there and it will let u update and go in to the preview just cause the autoloader dont work dun mean the manual one wont...LOL

For those who can't get into the preview even after re-downloading the newest version, try rebooting your computer. After I did this, a new icon appeared on my desktop that worked to get into the previewer.
