4096m2 alotment "for sale"

I have a lifetime alotment of 4096m2 of land that I am not using and do not plan to use for a while. And, because college has been delightfully rough this semester, I've had to quit my job so that I can concentrate on my studies. With that said, I was wondering if anyone would want me to add my 4096m2 of land to their group (or, if it's just one other person, I'm sure i could get a group together) so you'd get the extra 10% of land for the group bonus as well. I would be asking for $20.00US a month through Paypal or the L$ equivalent. I was actually intending on selling the entirety of my account, but since that is possible, I figure this would be next best. As for, "But how do I know you won't run with my money? How do I know you won't remove the alotment?" etc. etc... for that, I'd say: if you know me, then you really don't have to worry; I've been in SL for over a year and a half, I've been an established mentor and player for quite some time, and I seriously have no need for the land right now and I won't be planning on taking the land back from the group I give it to until the group is finished with it.
