Now that I have your attention... :D

I am looking for a GMail invitation. If anyone has a spare, please IM me on the forums or in-world. In appreciation I'll let the person pick three freebies out of my entire sales inventory.

Thanks,
Newfie Pendragon

I see someone is already helping you get one; however, this brings up the question. Does it violate anyone's TOS to sell gmail invites for Lindens?

Oh, and people were selling them at one point.. They started off at about L$250 an invite and the bottom kind of fell out of the market with people trying to undercut each other. And people started giving them for free...

GMail recently gave everyone 50 more invitations so there really is no scarcity any more. There are some automatic invitation distribution websites around where if you sent an invite to them it would be snapped up within minutes. Now they have thousands of unclaimed invitations on offer.

Oddly enought, they still sell for 30-99 cents each on eBay. Don't know why -- the sellers I think make like 2 cents after eBay and PayPal fees.

Yup, invites are now plentiful; I think most or all gmailers got another 50 to give out so don't pay L$ or US$ or € or Panamanian Balboas for them. I've got 48; send me an address in PM (can be a "throwaway" address just for the invite) if you want one.
