1,024m² is $8/month & 2,048² is $15/month.....i own 1,536m² for $8/month.......can i buy more land as long as i stay under 2,048 without owing more in land tiers? my account says that i can acquire 0m² without additional land use fees. but 1,536m² is between tiers so how does that work??????

If you have even just one 16m2 above what your tier allows then you have to upgrade your tier.
You have no open land available in the tier you are on.
