Don't have time to read all of it now but it sounds VERY interesting.
Maybe it's a sign that Bush's diplomatic policies are at a turning point...? The "cowboy" attitude he's always criticized for would have been to yell and scream that he should get the boot. Kinda hope it is a shift in another direction, I think it's about time for that to happen on some fronts. Or maybe the UN got caught with it's hand in the cookie jar so now it's gotta do what was created to do?  _____________________
