The top line says you own 211 prims in that sim, you can own 234 max in that sim, you can build 23 more than you have now.
The parcel you are on represents 128prims worth of land
There are 189 prims on that parcel
You own all 189.
You aren't auto deleting stuff not owned by you.
It appears that you have 22 prims on your other parcels (maybe not owned by you!). Open that same window on your other parcels and click the 'Return Objects' buttons for any that don't say 0 to get your prims available again.

Thank You. Does that mean that all my land is not joined? I bought a few plots over time and thought that I did join them all but I might have missed a botton or two and hit no with out paying attion. Is there a way to check. Under land it list four plots with the size. Is it safe to say these four are not joined?
If this is not clear let me know and I will have coffie before posting next time also if you want I will post a picture of the list of land.

For the plots to be joined, they have to be right next to each other and in the same sim. But if the plots are right next to each other, a message will pop up and ask you if you want to join them. You might not have pressed "ok". If you have several plots in the same sim, they go toward your prim limit.

Yes you have 4 plots, only way to join them so to release and reclaim (if they are next to each other as Edav says) and click yes.
Although the point of the first line is that they don't have to be joined. You can put prims on any plot until you reach your sim limit in the first line. I mean you can have all your prims from all 4 plots on 1 plot without any problems.

what I what do check. I think that I was asleep and missed the ok once or twice when buying land late at night. thay are in the same sim and should be next to each other Put I will double check that as my land is a lot bigger and I might have missed a small plot to tie it togeather.

Right, so as of 1.2 it's a bad idea to release and reclaim if you can avoid it - that's just throwing money out the window.

We posted close to the same time.
So there realy is no need to join plots as far as prim counts go?
