Instead of judging someone you barely know on account of a few forum posts, please contact me in-game, through the private messaging feature in these forums, email, or your favorite instant messaging proggy.

If you feel my behavior towards you has EVER, in ANY way, been the slightest bit inappropriate then PLEASE talk to me, as I want to settle all issues you might have with me once and for all.

Nah, thats kinda impossible, since I dont really play this game anymore.
I pop in once in a while to visit my friends and stuff. I'll be "officially" back in a month or so, at least until september/october.

I've hung around you in a crowd in world before Eggy.. been a long time though.. hehe

I've always liked you. Even when you may post something I don't agree with. But I haven't kept tabs on how often that is.

Hahahaha. That's the thing I've always loved about you, Eggy. You say exactly what's on your mind.

And you're right. It has rubbed some people the wrong way in the past.

I, though, have always had a wonderful time around you and found you charming. You're an extraordinariily generous person. People should know that about you.

Well, it's not like you're the only SL'er who appears completely and utterly different from your forum posts to your inworld self, Eggy. I think that goes for many, many of the regulars here. Me included, prolly.

The only thing I would say is that your argument has been used here by a number of people - in fact someone said it in response to me here just the other day. The fact is, people *will* judge you by your forum posts and opinions.

Me included, definitely. Frankly, there are some people here that I've never ever met inworld and that I really have no intention of meeting because of the views they express here. I don't care how nice they are in world - I simply do not wish to associate with people with these opinions because they are so opposed to my own.

So I guess what I'm trying to say, Eggy, is that I'm really glad I met you first to know you're actually a real sweetie and not the raving grumpy old fart you appear here, or you'd prolly be on my 'avoid at all costs' list.

I'm with Maggie. I've always gotten along well with you in-world. And I remember we had our share of differences in the forums. I guess it just never bothered me because I'm the same way, sort of. I view a forum as a place to air my opinions, and when I do so, I'm fairly direct about it most of the time. Face-to-face, on the other hand, I'm not quite so blunt.

I, for one, have always considered you a friend, and I don't hate you for having a different view of the world than I do.

That said, however, it's amazing in the few weeks that I've been back the number of people I've talked to that "Don't like him" or "Don't talk to him any more." I always wonder what they see that I don't, or vice versa.

Eggy we only met a couple times, and spoke very little... but I can relate to your situation..

It seems a few people stay clear from me now since a couple of my recent postings on the forums... but I wouldn't worry about it if I were you... if they are not mature enough to get to know you and accept that everyone has thier own views and opinions, then they aren't worth knowing!
Keep your head up, and continue to express whatever it is you believe in, no matter how many people you piss off doing it, just as long as you allow YOU to be YOU, who cares what anyone else thinks! *hugs*

i agree with Sensual, just be yourself. That's all i want to see =) I don't care if i dont agree with you or if ya killed me becasue in the end life's a bitch, if you can't see what others see then your ignorant.

Although, i would love to see a wormhole tear into SL and a Demon Lord of Panda step out and obliterate half of SL......for no reason....just to see the holocaust would be like, or if the world would turn into darkness and winter snows.

Hmm, well no complaints here Eggy. Genuine/blunt/to the point honesty is a good thing.

I'd imagine that the only people who may "have a problem" with you don't know you well enough. Not that I really do, but I think I've read quite enough "Eggy posts" to "get it". I'd hang out with ya in game anytime.
