I have some new teeth to line up. I have a stand, but need to know a way to keep my mouth open while I set the teeth, or if you have any other tips or tricks...

I already grabbed you in-game, but Rickard Roentgen - the hoopy frood behind R-Type - sells a pose pedestal for exactly that purpose. Look under his profile "picks" for the location of his vendor. They work.
