It's called a career, Torley My gf is a researcher, working on new ways to preserve food without additives. In particular, if you start seeing peeled or cut fruit for sale, thank her. She's the one figuring out how to keep it from browning and losing its texture. |

Food engineering is esoteric? Yeah, she keeps me fresh all right. I feel much better after spending some time with her. Now if only I can get my lazy ass out of college, I can move in with her and get married and all that jazz We'll be 5 years on January 16. Woohoo |
