Curry is addictive and I can give you some awesom recipes if you would like! Ginger is only addictive when had with sushi and wasabi hehe...
kk a recipe that I love for the use of curry
Melt 2 tbl spoons of butter in a large skillet and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of curry powder until foamy...cut 2 medium, firm ripe banannas into 1/2" rounds and saute in curry butter untill golden...remove from skillet and set aside
cube 1 lb of pork and saute in same skillet untill golden brown add a pinch of salt during saute.
add 1/2 cup pineapple nectar 1/4 cup minced onion and a couple of dashes of hot sauce (prefferably chipotle)
Simmer 10-12 min or until pork is cooked through and tender
stir in 1/4 cup flaced coconut and bananas and stir lightly
serve over plain white rice or curry rice...ooohh and green tea rice is good with this too....
very addictive I love curry!

most of the recipes I know go something like "cut film cover to vent. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes..."
