I'd IM you except for one thing dude.... I have an aversion to AOL's IM system that is almost as big as my aversion to Yahoo's .

I'd message you too, but I don't have those IM programs -- I'm actually generally adverse to most IM programs that are text-based (with the odd emoticon or graphic thrown in). SL is definitely an exception for me, but in any case, I hope you get unbored, Daemioth!

Right now I am splitting time and attention betwen a few things.
Trying to figure out the interior decprating theme I ought to go with for my home in Butsu.. and I have no "queer eye" sense in this area.
Trying to motivate myself to get offline so that I can and will actually read some Rousseau for a professor I work for - looking for a specific quotation. I don't like Rousseau and I currently have a eyestrain issue - so this is hard to get motivated about.
Trying to decide why it is that I have trouble setting up vendors when so many people who "aren't as smart as I think I am" have done it with so little apparent problem.
Watching The Division on television - you're right. There is no good TV on right now.

I've been reading the Archetypal Significance of Gilgamesh lately but I can't right now because I know reading would put me to sleep. And TV, to reiterate, really stinks right now. I've been flipping the channels sometimes watching all the presidental debate stuff. This "Cheney's daughter" thing is really really out of hand.

I'm about to get atention-deficit desperate myself and stick on the LOTR movie trilogy on DVD just to get some background noisecrap...
I have literally accomplished nothing in the last 36-48 hours as far as this game goes... AS far as real life, not much better. I managed to screw myself out of a free ride in college for the next year, lost a job, got rejected for publication in three journals and had a horrendous fight with what I thought was a friend.
So, I need some sort of real distraction... SL usually does it for me.. but I've been just sitting in my build looking at walls for an hour or so.... saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
