I was planning on moving in there. I had to take down my house because of 1.2 and will probably give up my land that I had paid over $50,000. taxes on, so i figured I would just take over the mansion. The governor never uses it so it is just going to waste....

I dont think we're in any danger of losing the governors mansion. It was built by steller sunshine way back in alpha testing and from what i hear philip is rather fond of it.

On top of the mountain in Clementina, I think. It's been there for at least a year -- I remember taking my first scripting class there ^.^

I believe it's been there pretty much as long as the sim's been up... Not sure when that is, but, there you have it. I'm all for keeping it, but I think it does need to be "streamlined" to use less prims, and should be updated so the doors and fireplaces work, fish in the tank move, etc. I'll be the first to volunteer.  |

I don't think the Governor's mansion will be disappearing on the 12th. Haney Linden recently bought up enough land in Clementina to support the mansion's prims. (I'm pretty sure the Lindens will share prims amongst each other.  ) |
