Thanks, Essence, for posting this transcript. I, too, enjoyed the talk with Ullman last night. However, I was a bit surprised to see how skeptical she appeared to be of the inherent value of online interactions/communications as opposed to in-person relationships with friends, family, spouse, etc. ... especially since she was interacting with us all in an MMOG!
