that will not receive my business.. be it my earned L$.... or.... word of mouth refrences?

I'm sorry if this seems right out bold, and mind you... I'm not normally, a complainer. However, I love to shop...... be it merchandise, or land (as of late). Since getting so frustrated many times for my waste of "laggy tp time"..... to be discouraged of fraudly setting land for sale....... I've made a personal choice.

I just want to say to Secondlife retailers of self-owned land.... If you set your land at an outragously price tag (L$99999-384 m2)........ for what..... to be noticed for business..... I will not consider (no matter how well designed) giving you my business then...as I come to your parcel with buying in mind (for land...or otherwise).....or in the future.

I have heard that some folks us the rediculas price thing as a way to let folks know the land is for sale and the price is negotiable. I think it's kinda dumb myself, some people do this at any rate. As a retailer, I can't see the logic of attracting land buyers then pissing them off in order to sell my avatar parts. I can, however see someone not in a hurry to sell their land but wanting to leave the option open to legitimate offers.

Thank you Kathmandu... for opening my eyes..to another "logical" angle... that quite frankly... through my "at moment" frustrations in game, I did not consider.... legitimate offers in negotiating. I suppose... that may have come into mind..... if the pricing had been not L$99999... but as a neighbor of mine had his.. L$20000 for 512m in pg zone, which I might add... I offered him L$10000 for it (way above value) due to where it's location was..... he turned me down.. (no, not on top of a telehub, but cut into part of my landholdings in that area).
Also like to thank you Kathmandu... for responding respectfully..... rather then.. another place on the forums to flame (which is why I'm told, many will not comment or begin issues in forums here), or make a joke....... in my view.. it's an issue.. and sure.. somewhere in SL.. I'm not the only..who may feel this way.

Just as a note of advice and future knowledge. In some cases people set 9999999999999 in their price section of their land just in case of an error some time while editng the land.

Why because of the simple little fucktards that think its funny to swoop in buy the land for 0 when its clearly an accident. Then creating havoc before returning it or just in essence screwing the owners out of their land.

So please dont be miffed when people set their land like this as in many cases that have been burnt in the past and this is a method to quell it.

However, if there is someone out there stupid enough to buy land for 9,999,999,999 let em have at it is what I say.
