Scripting: Intermediate Course

Description: This course assumes you have a basic idea of the LSL Syntax. All events will be briefly covered, with descriptions and examples of how to raise them. Objects and well-commented scripts will be handed throughout the class. Please come prepared to learn, and be participant in class projects. Note this class is 1.5 hours long.

I had to remove this from the Calendar today. Sorry to dissapoint anyone looking forward to this.

REASON: I can't stay in Second Life for longer then FIVE Minutes before it crashes on me. Never before have I had this problem... just out of the blue it started. So i don't know what's up. No other online games/utilities is doing this for me... so I'm assuming it's SL. Sorry, I can't really teach a class if I have to relog every five mins after crashing... not fair to the class. If anyone is interested in the material that I was going to present, post here. i'll get to you.

However.... if this crashing can't be resolved, have a nice Second Life. I'm out.

For the more technically minded - the problem is actually NOT the asset server (or 'asshat' as you prefer to affectionately call it herein).

First, I had that problem for some unexplained reason off and on for a few days, then it mysteriously went away. Perhaps my computer gremlins somehow migrated and are now your computer gremlins? If so, don't give them coffee... they like it and will stay if you give them coffee. And don't give in to them! We will defeat our evil computer gremlin overlords!

And second, me me me! I want the materials you were going to cover!

I'd love to get ahold of a copy of the materials too, and know someone else who would as well but not sure if she'll see this.
