Whackies are these "collectible" "stuffed animals". Yup, I saw them before they went on sale and chatted about idea of limiting supply to make items rare/collectable.. I was pretty interested to see how it worked out. I guess this thread shows that it worked out pretty well! I think I owe someone a 'well done' for creating a rather nice business plan! I had actually suggested to a rather great builder in SL once, that something I thought would do very well would be the collectible tiny village/city/etc type towns and homes. But that they should be limited in time because it would cause them to be rare and really bring the "collectibles" atmosphere into SL. I would love to see more people do this type of thing!  _____________________

I'm sorry but I don't understand why people would want to buy these things when you could buy a dog from D&D which walks, growls, speaks, fetches, follows when you walk, guards your land, sits, rolls over, plays dead plus plus.

They are collectable, and limited in number, so contacting the maker probably won't help.
I'm sorry, I didn't buy any extra, Tigerlady, or I would help you out.  As for walking, pooping, peeing dogs that cost a fortune, eh well, my whackies can't run away, break down, or get lost, unless I choose to drop them someplace or my inventory gets ruined somehow. I like toys tho, so I might get a D&D Dog someday when they make a model I like. _____________________
