I just got internet access back today, the day after they said it would probably be down for week(s), so I'm very surprised and happy to be fully back online.
St Lucie County got hit pretty hard. I went up there during Frances which was mostly just responsible for down trees and very minor structural damage. Jeanne appears to be responsible for substantial structural damage. BTW, If you like citrus drinks, stock up on frozen concentrates now.
Fortunately nobody I know has suffered any serious damage that I have heard of yet, but I know this is going to be a rough time for many people.
I'm wondering how everyone else fared from the hurricanes? I know there are a few other residents in Florida who got hit, and even people far north of Florida got a lot of flooding...
Thanks again for everyone who checked up on me. It definitely helped make me feel a lot less alone. =)
