I think the real question here is why are alligators green. I have spent many sleepless nights with this question on my mind and to this day have no concrete proof or evidence of why they are green. A theory I have toyed with is that global warming is responsible for this green outer coating, however one could also argue that this was caused by other such natural occuring phenomenons. I for one would like to see this question answered and would like to hear some other peoples opinions on the matter.
