La Piazza Stage, Shopping and Apartments

Our La Piazza is finally taking form up in Mauve and we are now happy to introduce to you what we have been working on so far

Stage
The first build we made in Mauve was our working stage. We host both classes and events there - and thanks to all of you that has helped us made succesful happening. There are plenty more to come for sure! Just take a loook at upcomming Friday: Halloween in Mauve

Shopping
Both Cailyn and I fancy creating stuff and also shopping
Our shops was once in Aqua with a different lay-out - now reborn in Mauve.

Apartments
Finally we finished today our rental apartments - exclusive, light, spacious, yet intimate apartments, close to the telehub in Mauve. Included in the rent is a stall for each tenant to sell the goods they might produce. The tenants may also use the stage for free if they have happenings and dont wanna use a Linden stage for that.

This is just awesome! We built 8 apartments only since we didnt know how attractive they would be - I guess you can say we found a market - half are gone less than 48 hours after opening - YAY!

We loved the shopping center in Aqua too. Land was expensive and we didnt have an income to cover taxes tho, so we decided to expand when we could afford it. Finally figured out the economy - don't spend what you don't have - need to figure that out RL too lol

Seems like more liked the apartmetns too - only 2 available now!! Woohoo!!
