That RL party at Varnish almost killed me! Does anyone have any good hang over cures to whip me back into shape?

Hey man, I barely made it home ;)

Nice seeing you there. That's what happens when the beer is on LL.

Prong, I seem to remember us breaking a big glass at some point. Do you remember that?

Yeaahhh....it's always the sign of a good party when you break something and can barely remember it the next day.

Hangover cures...I find eating greasy food like french fries and burgers helps me. Doesn't make a damn bit of sense, but works for me.

My pictures look pretty good so far. There is a ton of 'em, but they are nice. I like the one with Phillip and the massage parlour the best!

Pirate, sorry I got a journalist to pull you away from a girl hitting on you, no matter how imaginary she was ;)

What a night it was -- Prong's magic tricks were beyond belief, I hear, but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to see them.

Here's a vignette that illustrates a little game industry tipping point in poignant detail. The great Will Wright arrived at Varnish and was having a polite little conversation with Philip. He was probably a bit excited, I imagine, given that two days later he was planning to unveil his plans for his master work, the game Spore.

Just as Philip and Will were hitting their conversational stride, a figure clad in leather strode boldly up to them (well, maybe "wobbled ambitiously" is a better description). It was Simcast-master, Prong Thetan. Skipping the pleasantries, Prong began to tell Will Wright about how he and Philip had been seperated at birth; how they shared several strands of the same DNA. Before Will Wright could inquire as to the indentity of the leater-clad stranger or Philip could introduce the old guard to the new, he was gone, striding/wobbling off as quickly as he had arrived.

The music interceded, streaming boldly from Version 1.6 and the moment passed. Games are changing. Viva SL!
