Really good question. As in which version of Puss-In-Boots? Shrek 2? Hmmm.
I don't know offhand but if I were to say someone would do a good job of it, I'd say SLAC -- Second Life Anime Cosplay, located at Briarcliff Manor. They don't do only anime but many creations of a fantastic nature. Their quality and kindness are impeccable.
Fleabite Beach has a most excellent catgirl av but I don't know if Flea does avs for sale. Hmmm.

Sparkly Underthorn makes lots of cartoony avs, you might want to check his store...Sparkly's Superstore, or something like that.
