Land for sale in Teal (erm. hope its ok to do this here)

hope this blatant ad doesnt get up anyone's nose... I just wanted to get rid of this land quick so I don't have to tier up

I have just set a large but very rectangular plot of land measuring 1472m for sale at Teal(42,66). It will sustain 336 prims once the buyer returns the big red arrows to me. lol

Its a very nice location and I hate to see it go, cos I had plans for it, but right now I don't want to tier up and start paying more rl cash, so i have no choice. *sniff*

I've set the price to $4 a meter which, given the inevitable rise in land prices, I think is very reasonable. So its basically first come first served.

Now go buy it so I can confirm my pending land elsewhere

I'd say it is fine to post this here Kris. I see similar posts all the time, and even posted here when I put my Olive land up for bid. Good luck getting a buyer and finding your new home!

I'm fine with land advertismenets here, but I'm eagar to know if we'll be able to create our own land auctions sometime soon in the auction part of the site =)

people have auctioned land via this forum and that seems to have worked okay for everyone.
