Okay, the title was just to get you to read this. Did it work? Good. Well I find myself complaining about the changing culture of SL. So I decided to do something about it. I made a new grew called The Philosophy Club. There has to still be people out there interested in discussions. If we can get together we can make sure that each of us has more success in the discussions we host. It's open to everyone and there is a meeting tonight at 6pm game time. The details are under events.

I would love to attend. I think that the Thinkers Group is a very good group, and does a lot of thinking, and has a lot of good thinkers and talks, but it has a culture that is dominated by a view, and there needs to be a variety of "thinkers'" type groups that lean more to real debate, using rhetoric and arguments using researched and backed-up premises, not just "thought" as the activity. So I will try to come if I am not too busy.
