Well, depending on whether that is Mandarin or Cantonese (I can never remember which), it might be a tonal language. Which means Kung could have 7 different meanings depending on the tone you use when you pronounce it. And if the language has long and short vowels like Thai does, you can double that to 14.

I believe "Kung hei fat choy" is Cantonese. In Mandarin, the expression is roughly "Gongxi facai" or "Gong Xi Fa Coi".
