Check out the person with the #1 behavior, appearance and building ratings change this week. I wonder how he managed that? Land scanning for ratings?

If the ratings are accurate (which they have been known not to be on occassion) looks like good old misunderstood Chance got five new credit cards, made 15 alts, had a self rating party, but even he didn't like his own appearance.
If there was anyone who would have the time and inclination to decode SL transmissions and spoof them it would be our small Chance, but that's all speculation. Poor guy should get out more. |

This happenw when a deactivated account is reactivated. Their total ratings and score ever are assigned to the first week they're back in-world (I know, it happened to me).
It's a good way of seeing who is back with us - their weekly scores will be far higher than anyone else's. This is the second time I've seen Chance "return from the dead". _____________________
