Just gotta rant...

I just gotta do a bit of ranting...

I'll start by stating it is not anyone's fault.. but....

GOD It pisses me off when I am marrily coding away just to have the sim reduce to 4 agent updates/s and .53 time dialations (not to mention every LSL command now has a nice built in delay of about 1 minute....)

Again, not anyone's fault but the systems. But, I had to gripe somewhere , and my other half was sick of hearing it.....

Anyone have nice solutions to the slashdot/event issue?

We got /.ed?

And it'd probably be more proper to say "A time dialation of 0.53" rather than "0.53 time dialations", since time dialation is one of those physicsy things like inertia or gravity. (Actually, sure, you could have multiple inertias, gravities, or time dialations, but it'd be one SERIOUSLY fucked up universe.)

Yup, yup... a frustrated Alondria don't speak no good.. I'm am sure all will be good after the event next door. As I said, they have the right (assuming it is not 24x7), but I am frustrated that the system starts dieing once 30 AV's start dancing.... Again, basically I'm just blowing steam... all will be good later. :)

Ooooooooh. That kind of /..

I can't share my solution. Twould ruin it. Sorry. There are sims out there that are rather useful for coding though....

Ooh. I could give you a slight alternative. You know that 'campground' themed sim? De Haro or whatnot? No one EVER goes there. Why not code 'n build there? I'm sure there's some buildable land around there somewhere.

Okay, perhaps it is way too late or my head is way too screwed up (primarily due to RL work, just was one of those days), but what heck are you talking about with the './.ed' and '/..' stuff?

I'm just kidding, I read the post, I'm just here to make fun of Eggy for not reading the rest of it ;)
