Is your friend still in their free trial? If so you won't see the money until they actually purchase an account.

It's been a while since I referred someone, but as I recall you get your referral bonus when your friend's trial period is over and his/her account becomes active. Someone correct me here if i'm wrong. Or is the trial period over already?
