Ok, I will be as obtuse as possible about this so as not to point it at any one person. What impact would 10-50 scripts, all running on a timer of 1 second each constantly checking the ownership of a piece of land against a key have on sim performance, if any? I have seen anecdotal evidence that it has an effect, but I am not sure if it really does.

I suppose one could do some analysis similar to what the StoneSelf formerly known as His Grace did on an empty sim and find out, but what would be the point.
You can't do squat about it anyway...

Probably not much, if any.

From: Moleculor Satyr Probably not much, if any. Thank you I did some testing on it myself and found the results varied wildly - in one sim, it produced a 1000 fps drop with 35 copies of the script, and in another, it produced a 300 fps drop with twice that many.

SimFPS drops are misleading. The -perecentage- of the drop matters much more than the actual number. On top of that, did these scripts use listens at all? Or was it JUST a timer with a single line of code in it?
