Greetings SLers,

a small update on my involvement within SL:

life has, for almost two months, been rather topsy-turvy. today it all went horribly wrong, but that's another story. suffice it to say that the tribulations i'm currently going through may very well turn out to be a cleansing by fire for several areas of my life (and the lives of a few others in RL as well).

the point is that, as a residual effect, i should be back to my old ways within SL. i've been starting to brainstorm a bit on the builds i need to finish (er, start) in Miramare, as well as considering what to do with SL:UT and my groups.

i hope to see you all in-world soon and to be a more prevalent presence on the forums as well.

Cybin, I wish you well during these trials & tribulations of your life. I hope you come out the other end, not unscathed but definitely stronger and for the better, and that you have risen above the challenge and are inspired to continue living both your First and Second Lives. Take care. :)

Heh. Just tonight I was starting to think: "I haven't seen any posts from that purple guy who is also The Quirk for a while". And now here you are. n.n Couldn't remember your name for the life of me though. c.c

Welcome back and I hope things turn out for the best in RL.

thank you for the concern guys.

and don't worry, i'm the type who always looks for the silver lining. i strongly believe that in any given situation there is always something positive which can be culled from said experience. so yes, i will come out the other side with another facet cut into the diamond that is my existence.

in the meantime, rest assured i'll be back in full force soon enough.

Cybin - one of my mottos is "what doesn't kill me only makes me stronger!" --- I can attest to this being very true. Trial by fire is a walk on the coals - your soul burns a little, but the residual effect is an enlarged perspective and a better time in this life.
I look forward to you being around in all of yor forms!

That's strangely similar to my motto, "That which does not kill me gets cooked for dinner."

*takes deep breath*

yeah.. Marcos.. *ahem* ...

now all i have to do is live up to your level of talent, i can't go plopping down some crappy box and call it a headquarters.. oh no, i have to make something IMPRESSIVE! THANKS A LOT!

heheh.. but seriously, it's a good thing. Miramare is shaping up to be quite an impressive sim! i won't be happy with my builds until they help augment the overall ambiance as well.. so there. :D

-

and everyone else, thanks for the encouragement and warm comments. i'm already starting to come out the other side of the insanity that is my "RL". and as far as the whole "what doesn't kill me only tastes better" thing.. if you saw my Burning Man work, you're well aware of my outlook. what with the half-full glass, the silver-lined clouds, and the sun of a new day all making appearances there.. it should be readily apparent that i'm optimistic to a fault.. ;)

thanks again all.. i'm getting more and more excited about getting back to my second(?) life!
