So stop IMing me about it!
Lately I've been getting numerous IMs complaining about / wanting to know why or how it works / etc an item called "Protection System".
I repeat, I did *not* create this item. I had no knowledge of its existance until recently, though it apparently has been in existance for some time now.
The blue display texture is mine. That prim is also set as the root prim, and was apprently somehow taken from something I've made, though to the best of my knowledge I have never distributed *anything* with that particular texture on it.
Every other prim used to construct it was created by one "Taylor Phaeton", whom I believe is the true 'creator' of this item.
'Creator' however, is applying the term rather generously. The entire object appears to be a bastardized collection of scripts from a number of different creators, some of which I do not believe are supposed to be availible for general consumption, much less free (As this item occasionaly is, and sometimes people also are being sold it for insane sums of money, and thus getting ripped off even worse).
There are scripts from Hank Ramos, Charlie Omega, about half of Sion Zaius' shielding script (Including the physical objects his shielding script rezes... his shielding system alone costs 800 l$ last I checked).
But since somehow this person has managed to link one of my prims as its root prim, I'm taking all the blame for it.
Lindens, can *something* be done about this?
